When you connect your Google account, Feanor may access:

• Google Calendar — to read and create calendar events.
• Gmail — to read, draft, and send emails on your behalf.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to provide the Service's functionality — managing your tasks, calendar events, and email. We do not use your data for advertising or profiling.

3. Data Storage

OAuth tokens are stored securely in AWS Systems Manager Parameter Store (encrypted). Conversation history and user preferences are stored in AWS DynamoDB. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Data is only transmitted to the third-party services you explicitly connect (e.g., Google, Todoist).

5. Data Retention & Deletion

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@feanor.cloud. Upon request, we will remove your stored tokens, conversation history, and account data.

6. Google API Disclosure

Feanor's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

7. Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, including encryption, access controls, and secure credential storage. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
